Shipping Policy
We offer all UK and International customers free standard shipping with tracking for orders over £29.
For orders under £29, Standard Shipping will cost £2.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and then shipped the next day after the processing day.
You'll receive an email from us with the tracking number(s) as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery within UK:
While we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
Business days exclude Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
We use EVRI, Royal Mail tracked delivery.
International Shipping:
Dr. Pen UK ships products internationally using a wide range of international shipping vendors.
Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 2 weeks.
Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. Contact Dr. Pen UK if you do not receive your purchase within 3 weeks upon order placement.
Dr. Pen UK's international shipping charges DON’T include:
- Country specific customs -import -duties -tax fees associated with your package delivery.
- These fees must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
- Charges from Dr. Pen UK include only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping.
- Additional charges for customs, import, duties, or tax fees must be paid by you.

Where can I find my tracking number?
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Order changes
Once your order has been shipped, it can't be modified or cancelled. If you'd wish to return a product, you have to start out the returns procedure once you've received the item.
Item not received
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You'll have to contact the carrier about your order as once the item is dispatched we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if the problems still persists kindly write us at hi@drpen.org.uk and we'll try our greatest to help and resolve the issue at our earliest.
Damages
Drpen.org.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
