Payment conditions

DR. PEN UK accepts payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, DINERS CLUB, DISCOVER, GOOGLE PAY, MAESTRO credit cards and SHOP PAY.

The amount is debited immediately from the selected payment method right after the order is placed.

During a refund, the amount will only be credited to the same method of payment selected to complete the order.

You are billed in GBP and you pay in GBP, no foreign conversion is applied.

All prices displayed on the website include the VAT.

NB: If your payment method is in another currency, your bank may charge you costs for converting your currency into the GBP.
